how can I Shamanic journey?
I’m 14 years old and kind of ignorant to the methods of shamanic Journeying. I read a book by sandra ingerman. she mostly said to start your journey, you have to have a purpose (mine’s was to meet my power animal). she said that you should visualize yourself going down such as a hole in the ground or going down an elevator. i visualized myself walking down into my basement. and she said that if you’re a beginner, you should use her cd. but since i didnt have the money to buy the book, i downloaded “shamanic dreaming” by anuguama. I’ve tried 2 times but haven’t had any success. any suggestions or tips?
In fact, shamanic journeying takes place only in the imagination. It is a fiction, and my suggestion is to not take it seriously.
We are physical beings with physical limitations. We have our best success when we achieve what we can, waste no effort on what we cannot achieve, and have the wisdom to know the difference.
